这个form是我同事send给我的。觉得很好笑，没想到竟然有这样的东西（是我见识少吧！）
她说要找男朋友就发发发，把这个form发给每个人。。如果有‘好料’，记得要通知她一声，不要‘独吃’。哈哈。。
现在科技发达，就连找男女朋友都要填form吗？哈哈。。
需要filter那些applications后，再来个interview吗？
世界变了，观念变了，不再有以前的什么相亲，交笔友（妈咪那个年代）。
科技发达，时代进步。。
